Very nice review and photos! Some day I hope to 'upgrade' from my BGE to one of these fantastic cookers.
I have a question regarding the thermometer proble wire ports. You did have a picure of the plugs, but I did not see any pictures of the actual ports. Can you post pictures or point me in the right direction?
